Dr. Syme has served as the Medical Director at Randolph Nursing & Rehabilitation since 2012 and has worked in long-term care since 1995. She attended medical school in Vancouver, Canada and completed her residency in Alberta, Canada where she specialized in Family Medicine. Dr. Syme is a member of Saint Vincent Randolph Hospital Foundation, Saint Vincent Randolph Hospital Ethics Board, and ACHIEVE. She is Chairperson of the Ethics Board and a member of the Medical Performance and Improvement Committee. In her free time, Dr. Syme enjoys being a mom, serving at church and singing. She speaks French and some Spanish.
Marilyn Alberson has served as the Executive Director at Randolph Nursing & Rehabilitation since 2014 and has worked in long term care since 1995. She attended University of Phoenix and received her Associate of Arts in health care management. Prior to becoming a Licensed Health Facility Administrator, Marilyn worked as a health information management director. Marilyn has always been interested in helping others, especially the elderly. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys playing golf, reading and helping on the farm.
